Each of our customers can exercise the right to return a product within 14 days of receiving it.



1. Products returned must be in their original commercial form.

2. Send the product to one of the two courier offices listed below, and shipping must always be free of charge

4. In case you want us to replace the product with another or the same product in another size, please contact us.

5. In the event of a defective product or an error on the part of Hippo Kiddo, the shipping costs will be borne by our Company

6. If the products purchased do not meet your expectations, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer
